Bringing It Back to Where It All Started

For the first part of my career, I was in agencies. I loved them. I loved the energy, the people, the problem-solving. Every day brought something new—a challenge to untangle, a team to support, a client to help. Agencies have this unique combination of grit, creativity, and heart. I found purpose in that environment, working alongside people who cared deeply about what they did.

Over the last eight years, I’ve been away—not far, but beside agencies. First, at a large network where I saw how powerful collaboration and shared strategies could be. Then, at an insurtech startup, where I helped agencies use technology and data to find their next opportunities. I learned a lot during this time—about leadership, adaptability, and how to guide change without disrupting what makes agencies great. But something’s been missing.

I miss being in it. Being part of a team. Driving culture, building connections, and working together to solve problems that matter. I want to come back to an agency—find a home where I can contribute, roll up my sleeves, and help the team grow. I want to support leadership, engage employees, and make sure people feel valued and invested. Because that’s how you build an agency that doesn’t just grow in numbers but grows in strength and resilience.
